Description: The Project Manager is a leadership position with enterprise authority to implement complex projects on a global basis. Successful Project Managers maintain an accelerated pace with a broad set of technology providers including external vendors and OEM representatives. With financial and schedule responsibilities the Project Manager must address multiple stakeholder needs and communicate status at various levels of the company including executives. Improving operating effectiveness and efficiencies through process enhancement and development of intellectual capital is key. This role is responsible for implementation readiness across project life cycle including Analysis, Design, Development, Quality Assurance, Operational Readiness and Deployment. Major Accountabilities: • Program governance, planning and control • Executive communication • Execution and Integration • Program Assessment • Mentoring & Coaching • Quote & Refined Quote Estimates • Tools & Methodology • Budget, Schedule and Risk management • Reporting • Project Execution • Project Communication • Monitoring and Reporting of KPIs • Project Team Assessment • Project Health Assessment • Post-Project Reviews • Financial Administration • Logistical Coordination • Document Management • Audit Coordination Education: • Bachelor's degree and MBA • Consulting certification preferred or equivalent management experience Knowledge / Experience: Minimum 10 years of increasingly responsible experience, with at least five years of managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment. Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands. Known for effective leadership of staff. Passion for customer satisfaction. Understanding of business needs and requirements - is highly desirable. Skills/ Abilities: Identifies, develops, and initiates innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist. Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. Analyzes decisions and actions for their support of the larger area's strategic direction. Works with senior management to resolve more complex problems. Demonstrates superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create lasting, productive partnerships with clients. Actively participates in cross-functional groups to solve problems across projects. Provides resources and organizational structure to promote collaborative initiatives. Utilizes a network of relationships to collect and disseminate information, build support, and secure buy-in for desired objectives. Projects a credible executive image when strategically communicating and planning for change. Fosters and manages productive relationships with executive level sponsors.
