Questions about streaming vids using a webcam and the upload connection speed

I'm looking at Logitech's QuickCam Orbit AF,

What I was wondering though was, if I were to stream vids using this
cam with its vid quality turned all the way up, meaning streaming a
video of 960x720 at 30 fps and be able do so without any frame jitters
or skips at the receiving end, is a 1Mbps sufficient from my end?
