We want a IP camera for taking a landscape still picture every 5 minutes
or so. Sharp pictures and low noise in low light are the main
'features' we need.
Hope to find something with a webserver which compresses the image to a
good JPG file or something along that way..
Suggestions...?

I run a low-budget website which uses a very old Axis 205 IP camera to take
landscape pictures, see the righthand column at
http://www.sgurr.co.uk/lundycam/index.html.
It provides sharp pictures (subject to the limits of 640x480 resolution) and
has an internal webserver with adjustable levels of JPG compression. The
low-light performance isn't great, but the 206 is better, and reportedly the
207 is better still. The 207W gives megapixel resolution, don't know about
low-light performance though.
If you've got the budget, you should probably look at cameras further up the
price range that have automatic irises, because these cope better with the
range of illumination levels that occur outdoors.
