I'd like to be able to stream live video from that camera at the same time.
I can see that Tincam has the ability to do live streaming video or the
frame capture that I already use but I think that it's an either/or
proposition--not both at the same time. Does anyone know if it's possible
to do what I'm wanting and how to do it? Will Tincam do it? If not is there
any recommended software that will?
The webcam is connected through the computer via a usb video capture device
and the live video I see on my screen is perfectly fine. I'd just like to
find a way to get it out on the net. (We've got newborn babies in there as
of this weekend and I think they'd be fun for kids to watch!)
TIA!

The below link shows an example of Tincan "streaming" using java
script refresh. If this works (I can't tell if this example is
actually updating) then this would be an easy to do example.
There also appears to be examples on the site using MS media
encoder. Bottom is how I use the free Webcam2000 webcam
application.
