Webcame stating it is being used by another program when try to work with Skype

Hi There
My friend has a Mikomi DC-7120 Webcam. When installed it works fine
with the programs that came with it, however when I try to use it with
Skype the microphone works fine however it says that the camera is
being used by another program. I cannot see any program using it.
Can anyone help?

Have a good look around...there are many apps that can use your webcam....
Scanners, art programs IM applications....
Scanners, art programs IM applications....
Look in taskmanager are see what is running.....maybe a clue in there.
