No problems in my XP. It did give me about 2-3 FPS boost on my GeForce
7950 GT KO card.

No problems here on Vista Ultimate 32bit with an EVGA 8800 Ultra. YMMV,
caveat emptor, etc, etc.
No problems with Vista Home Premium and a GeForce 8800GTS (640MB version).
Actually helped frame rates a bit in Vista Home Premuim 32 here. Didnt
try the beta drivers in XP.
Matt
The Crysis demo worked fine with the last WHQL XP Drivers (167.71 or
something), but just for the heck of it I upgraded to the beta drivers.
Both 169.01 as 169.04 worked fine for Crysis, but both also break a Glide
Wrapper I'm using for a much older game (Diablo II). Since the wrapper
does nothing but convert Glide calls into OpenGL calls, it seems the
OpenGL support in those 169.01/04 drivers is broken a bit...
I. unfortunately, did not discover the existance of the cpu/gpu benchmark
.BAT files in the Crysis Bin32/ directory while still running the WHQL
drivers, so I can't say whether they improved performance.
No problems with HL2 either.
Regards, Patrick.
