just wanna figure this out
can electricty flow through a dead mobo , to  the hardware
im not sure if my mobo is dead or not but there is no beep , no boot
but the fans are spinning
do the working fans mean that the mobo is still alive or they can work
on a dead mobo
they are connected to the motherboard and not to the psu
