A7V suspend to ram problem

I can suspend to ram perfectly fine with 2 sticks of memory. But with 3
sticks of memory it wakes up and makes two beeps. The first beep higher
pitched than the second beep. Can someone please help me understand why
this is so and if there's a fix or will I just have to live with 2 sticks if
I want to suspend?? Thanks and I appreciate any help.
