Are they the same when it comes to overclocking ability?

2.2 Would probably be the better overclocker of the two...not that either
one would be particularly good with air cooling.
one would be particularly good with air cooling.
The 2.2 has more headroom for the FSB....but I doubt you would be able to
overclock either of these significantly without water cooling or LN2
cooling.
