I use the computer and the Net on a regular basis but I don't know a whole lot about it all, especially when it gets technical. I have an Acer Aspire AM5100-U5300A. I would like to speed this computer up, I would like a very good grasphics card without spending a fortune. Once I find out what I need I willo just go to ebay but I don't know what kind of meory, cards and such are compaitble with my machine. Help please.... more »

How do I get rid of the IP address so it can renew to connect to my home network? IPCONFIG doesn't work, it tells me the socket is wrong. I did the tests on the built in LAN and the EEPROM failed, all else passed. I restored the EEPROM from the bios and still no good. I put in a PCI Ethernet card... more »

I don't see much traffic here other than quite a lot of spam but hopefully there are some Aopen gurus who watch for real question about Aopen boards.
