Readerware database on a TX?

I like to know if anyone has used the library database software from
Readerware and what their experiences are. I'd like to put a small library
into a database that runs on a Palm TX to make the database portable and
hopefully as easy to use as Wakefield's software. Since this software uses
a bar-code reader it would really speed up the process of data entry which
is why I'm considering it rather than Wakefield's. However it looks like
the software dates back to when my old Palm III was new so I question
whether it will run on the TX. If anyone has used this software on a
current model Palm I'd appreciate comments.
