palm data ---> outlook?

looking for site where I can learn whether my Palm calendar and contacts can
easily be transferred to Outlook (not O Express).

Also, once the above is done, whether my Outlook calendar at home can be
synched with the one I have at work

Is this the right site? If not, can someone direct me to another site?

Yes. Just install palm desktop, and then tell it to sync with Outlook
instead. Speak to your network admin about syncing with work - I think
it can be done if you run Exchange, but you may need to connect via VPN

first update your palm desktop (Palm.com)
the latest software has a plugin for Outlook
or just install "Chapura PocketMirror"
when you google on "Chapura PocketMirror" you will find some answers
for installation
it sync address and appointmentbook (Agenda) and note's
