How transfer XP data to Vista (Palm Pilot m515)

I tried to move the data over my network and the system wouldn't let
me. I'd like to move everything to my new Vista PC.

Also, if I can do that, is there a way to keep both sets of data (XP
Pro machine and Vista machine) in sync automatically?
