Most of the bluetooth GPS receiver can be used I suspect. With my Treo
680 I'm using a Royalteck GPS receiver. Works great (with my Palm T3 as
well).

Hi

If you mean to have built-in GPS, then no. You can have a bluetooth
linked (wireless) GPS receiver to your Palm.
