Which Distro for a really old Laptop?

I have in my possession a Panasonic Toughbook CF-47.
It originally had Windows 2000 on it.
Pentium 3 Mobile Processer (500MHz)
Memory: 128 MB
10 Gig Hard Drive
13 inch LCD Display

I should be able to upgrade the RAM and hard drive, but I thought this
might be a little lappy I could use if I ever find myself in combat.
I got it for free.
Is there a distro specifically suited for slow hardware?
ALl I really want to do, is check email, do some spreadsheeting and word
processing.
Open or StarOffice works perfectly - I don't use MS Office at all. :)
