Looking for an Open Source project

Hi.

I am looking for an open souce project for my childrens kindergarden.

They have the children divided into groups by age, and they are looking
for the following features:

1. Must be able to put the children into seperate groups.
2. Must be able to send emails on adressed to groups (and then forwarded
to the parents)
3. Each child should hold information from both parents (cell phone, job
phone, adress if separated, mail adresses etc)
4. Would like to keep track of holidays and sick days
5. Would like to print out reports of part 3.

I took a look on the orangehrm, but appearently it cannot send out group
mails.

Any one got any idea to a system I could suggest for them?
