Do you think that Peer-to-Peer, FTP IRC technologies etc...are too much complicated !? There is a simpler technology to use, Autosend. This software allows file-sharing by only using your e-mail account. Autosend allows sharing files on your computer through regular email. It is an automatic file mailer... more »

Hello, form Ottawa, Canada! Can anyone please tell me how to enable UPnP in this Netgear Firewall, FVS338? Sorry, but I can't seem to find any documentation on the Netgear web site, that details this? As a possible alternative, is there a way I can get UPnP going on my network, even if I have to use my old Netgear RP 614 router, within my... more »

Best Tiny Router for Comcast?
I'm using FreedomPop ISP until my Comcast installation appointment comes through. I find the diminutiveness of the FreedomPop router to be a convenient relief from the real estate of most routers. I'd like recommendations for a small wireless router that's compatible with the Comcast approved Arris WBM760A cable modem. VoIP support would be a... more »

Wi-Fi Analyzer
My Wi-Fi is a little slow, so I'd like to install some kind of software (Windows 7 compatible) on my laptop and start analyzing things. I am thinking of some kind of software that shows all the Wi-Fi networks around me, their signal strength, the channels used, etc. Any recommendations for a freeware? I found inSSIDer,... more »

Gateway confusion
I've got 3 or 4 computers on a LAN. From all computers and either browser (FF or IE), I get the same result: DNS can't find google.com. If I type in an IP address for google, I can get right to it. If I bypass the router and go directly to the cable modem, I can type in google.com and get right to it.... more »

Funkwer bintec R3000
Hi, I've tried to update the router in subject from "Release 7.4. Rev. 3" to "Release 7.4. Rev. 3 Patch 2". I've performed it via telnet using the command "update [link]" and the console showed me that everything went ok but after the reboot I cannot access the router anymore.... more »

Which router to buy?
Hi. It looks like over three years old Linksys WRT54GL (already tried latest firmwares and reset back to default factory settings) is getting closer to its death since I just had a long lag/disconnection on LAN (couldn't ping my router either) earlier. I should start looking and buying a new... more »
