simple postfix setup, receive (fixed public ipv4 address) everything for exaclty one or two domains?

Hi there,
I have a public ipv4 ip address and a linux machine, and I need to make
this machine into a temporary target for an internet domain name or two.
The machien only needs to deliver everything that it receives from other
public MX/mailservers on the public internet, to some local linux users
mailspool, or even to roots mailspool. Thats all.
No bounces, no replies no nothing else needed. As soon as I have
received the mail I am waiting for, the machine will be gone again and
some other Mailserver will be responsible for the domains at some later
point in time.
Any most simplistic setups and config details for this task?
receive everything from domain1.com and domain2.com, and save it to
roots mailspool, and do nothing else.
