3 Lowest integer of a structure

Hello,

I have a struct:
32 3.33333333333
38 25
46 30
56 6.06060606061

The first col is the id and the 2nd col is percent.

I want to get the 3 lowest percent out of that.

And out of the 3 lowest i want to know the highest.


Anyone?
