Two question about stringgrid and drawcell

Hello, i have two question:
1) can i put same background color used in selected-row to background color
of cell-text in a stringgrid? if yes as i can to do it?

2) When i design a stringgrid with drawcell for less a second i display all
grid that designing. is possible delete this "snow-effect"? In sense, is
possible display stringgrid cells after that all grid is designed? if yes as
i can to do it?
