profiler for Delphi?

Hello,
I am looking for a profiler for Delphi. So far I have found the
following tools by a websearch:

- ProDelphi http://www.prodelphi.de/
- asmprofiler http://code.google.com/p/asmprofiler/
- Delphi Profiler Component
http://www.delphiarea.com/products/delphi-components/profiler/
- AQTime http://www.automatedqa.com/products/aqtime/

Before downloading, installing and trying them all I would like to hear
your opinion. My main application for profiling are some graph
algorithms or combinatorial algorithms with several hundred to a few
thousand lines of code. I would prefer a profiler that is also able to
profile single lines of code.

I was very happy with the profiler TPROF that was included in Borland
Pascal 7 I think. So is there any similar tool for Delphi?
