I came across this when I was looking for some very small fans. I'm not
sure if you can see through them. Two very colorful computer cases by
Antec.

I bought the Sapphire from local Microcenter. It's spiffy, easy to access
(side panels come off), and even has a carrying handle on the top. Because
it was a floor model, Microcenter even gave me a $20 discount off the
suggested retail. Not bad.

One problem though: the front cover has a floppy releas button
extension (because the cover covers that portion of the floppy) that gets
in the way of the real floppy button in such a way as to impede
disk-mounting. This has been the biggest and only pain.

If anyone's also seen and *resolved* this problem, please contact me.

Let Antec know about that problem; maybe they already have a fix. I saw the
blue model at Fry's, they are a real eye catcher.

I don't understand why manufacturers don't go to charcoal black. I mean
99.9% of consumer electronics are that color, why not computers? If
computers are one day going to invade our living rooms, they can't be loud
iMac colors, or even white(unless they're in our kitchens).

There are some very good plastic paints out now days. I have considered
painting my box, many times. Paint it dark green and put a flower pot on
it. ;)

Maybe the case doesn't support every floppy drive. I have a button that's
part of my case and everything looks and works fine. That external button
would have to hit the button on the drive almost exactly.
