I got a new comp and a p.os.freebie program by the name of Nero Essentials came with it. It worked at first - after you waited about 30 seconds for its logo to stop spinning. playing in Perth, Western Australia, normally on latencies of 800-900ms .. today I'm getting 1.5 - 3 seconds making jousting impossible :( Any other west Oz players here experiencing similar issues? Need free html compiler

I've searched for something that will compile nearly 1500 html pages into a single executable file. All the freeware I can find limits the number of pages to 500. Anyone have any wisdom for me? Thanks.
