Subject: Runtime's "Shadow Copy"
Saw this one listed at Snapfiles:

Might be a good way to back up a system on a spare hard drive. First,
you could back up the entire drive, then limit the backups to only the
system folder or others as needed. I know that it doesn't do incremental
backups of course.

Uses Microsoft's Volume Shadow Services.
