OK. Bad new thread question.

How to create a new thread question:

-1- Do *NOT* start by typing anything in the subject, especially an
incomplete sentence question

-2- *DO* start by typing in the message body; which message body
should be constructed by not assuming that anyone reading it is reading
your mind or your thoughts or your computer screen or what you are
thinking about or knows what is your operating system or other specifics

-3- You should create an unambiguous message body made only of complete
sentences by setting a 'foundation' or premise for any question and then
asking the question in the message body. That means *NOT* in the
subject. The condition of the message body should be such that an
answer can be given to the question down in the message body right under
the question you've asked.

-4- Only after completion of the unambiguous complete sentences message
body with question should you create a very terse/brief subject to act
as a title for the new message thread.

Your -- Subject: Free email or web questionnaire/survey software ? -- is
an incomplete sentence and would make part of an ambigous message body.
That is because you didn't start building the message body correctly to
lead up to the construction of an unambiguous question. It appears that
you are asking about some kind of software to write a questionnaire for
a survey to be provided by email or webpage.

I've sampled the following. It seemed very good from the short amount
of time I spent on it. Easy to install/configure the basics.
