A: Because it disturbs the logical flow of the message.
Q: Why is top posting frowned upon?
R: Perche' disturba il flusso logico della lettura
D: Perche' "postare sopra" e' tanto fastidioso?

Quick update:
due to the packing style of Apache Openoffice, it's quite hard to
prepare for each new release(update) the package with all languages.
So, our decision is to put in the download page a "Special Note" with a
"HOT-TO" procedure.
Something like this:
Download from here: (
http://www.openoffice.org/download/other.html#tested-lp ) your
preferred language pack. Extract the downloaded X-ApacheOpenOffice.zip
package and move the X-AOO_x.x.x_revxx\Bin\ApacheOpenOffice\ folder to
a temporary folder (i.e. C:\OOo_TEMP\ApacheOpenOffice\). Install the
language pack to C:\OOo_TEMP\ApacheOpenOffice\ directory. When the
installation phase is completed, copy the C:\OOo_TEMP\ApacheOpenOffice
folder to its original position (X-AOO_x.x.x_revxx\Bin\). Uninstall the
language pack through the Windows control panel and delete the
C:\OOo_TEMP\ApacheOpenOffice folder. Then change the language from the
program's options

please let us know what do You all think about this description.
Is it clear enough? Any suggestion is welcome
