Services CPU and Memory Monitor - XP

Hi All,

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to see the memory usage and
cpu usage of all windows services.

Is there anything out there that can do this.

I have windows XP.

Thanks but that tool appears to only show information about processes,
not windows services.

Looks like a good tool though
