Subject: how to download rm streaming file, namely, real audio or real video?
Due to bad bandwidth, using a real player to play RM streaming file is
not fluent. But if i can download it on my computer first, i can watch
it fluently. how can i do it?

If you can get a direct url for the rstp://  server you can use Flashget to
download it. Some streaming websites hide the rstp:// url though which means
you can't use this method.
