Wanted free program that monitors what an installer does

I need a free program that monitors what an installer does interms of DLL,
OCX file and registry keys. Does anyone know of one? I would also like a
program that will copy an installed program from one PC to another.

Some people like the Last Freeware version of Total Uninstall over ZSoft.
