Solution 1: Use Blu-ray Disc Ripper (Hard to handle, 100% free)
It is designed to help you backup your commercial Blu-ray BD movies.
Some third party tools (Java Runtime Environment, CPS Unit Key) are
required so that get the Blu-ray ripper to work.

Step 1. Download Blu-ray Disc Ripper, install and launch the software.
Hint: The solution works for Windows Vista/XP with .Net framework 2.0
installed. UDF 2.5 file system is also needed if you use Windows XP so
that Blu ray files are visible to Windows.
Step 2. Input CPS Key, and hit "Start" button.

Step 1. Download and launch Avgo Media Recorder.
Hint: Close all media players, including PowerDVD, WinDVD and Windows
Media player.
Step 2. Run PowerDVD, and play your Blu-ray movies.
Step 3. Select the output format from 'Profile'. You can choose the
common video/audio format like AVI, VOB, WMV, MP4, DVD, FLV. If you
would like to rip Blu-ray disc to portable multimedia players like
iPod, PSP, Zune or iPhone, just select the device.
Hint: If you'd like to customize video encoder, audio codec, frame
rate, sample rate, video bitrate, video size or disable audio, just
click on the 'Advanced' button.
Step 4. Optional: Set the 'Recording Duration', 'Crop', 'Resize'
parameters.
Step 5. Hit 'Record' button to start the fast blu-ray DVD ripping
process.

Step 1. Add DVD
Insert a blu-ray disc, and click "Add Folder" button to select the
inserted disc in the dialog box that opens, and load it.
Step 2. Select output format
Choose one or more files in the file list, and open "Profile" drop-
down list, then select an output format for selected files.
Tip: To adjust the output settings, click "Settings" button next to
Profile drop-down list, and set the parameters of output format in the
Advanced Profile Settings dialog box that opens.
Step 3. Set output folder
Click Browse button in setting panel, select a destination folder in
the dialog box that opens, and click OK.
Tip: Before start to convert files, you can trim video, crop video
screen, adjust and dd effects, and create watermark to colorize your
output file.
Step 4. Convert file
After finishing the above settings, check the files needed to convert
in the file list, and click Convert Checked Item(s) button at the
right bottom to start converting the files. You can view the
conversion progress from the progress bar at the bottom of the window.
Tip: You can click Pause Checked Item(s) button to pause the
converting process and Stop Checked Item(s) button to cancel the
process as required.
