I have a 2003 MS Access database using 2000 file format. The database was originally written with Access 2 (1995) and upgraded to where it currently is. The database is split into APPS and DATA. Hello Up until recently I had been using Lotus Approach 9.5 (?) on a WinXP 32 bit computer. I have recently changed to a computer with Win7 64bit. I fell in love with the net and all the compuiter teahcnology in the very early years and have loved it ever since, I have an IT Degree and Communications degree and will be working on my doctorate for the next five years, in bwetween I design websites, databases, Multimedia Produxction or anything that wil make me a penny, just student scraping by. But Guess what? I don't want your money, your e-mail, or anything. Each of these sites has a specific topic but they have them style and layout sothey are easy to navigate and ther a search function should take you to exactly where youwant to, or just explore, they have outside service you can acccess as well. Each site has 10,000 plus articles and they are updated everyday so you know you are gettin up to date information. ENough, here the computer and tech related sites.... more »

Request to identify DBMS that uses .bt and .ov entities (files?)

I have an old database file (named *.db) that refers to what could be a relational structure with entities that have names ending in .bt and ov. I'm calling them entities because I don't know whether the .db file unpacks to create a bunch of .bt and .ov files (probably key and data files?) or if these names belong to data structures that stay in... more »
