Any ideas on sorting this welcome.

I have a pc running xp with each family member having a user account and
I have the administrator account for when things go wrong.

We have the netplex player and subscribe to the rnib's online talking
book service.

We are unable to play online books unless logged in as administrator.

Can load the player but get "title does not exist.

Even if I go to the website and hit the play button, the player loads
but continues to say "title does not exist".

I am trying to avoid giving the admin rights as I have just had to
install windows again because they have been "playing".

Thanks

Well, as an admin type told me a while ago, in xp and later there are over
10,000 variations in privileges for users that one can set, combination wise
from the admin account, but some are done as access to certain folders in
read/write while others apply to access to actual software and the look and
feel of the Windows system.

I am just me, so thankfully, I do not need this brain draining experience!

What you need is a system admin type willing to give some pointers here. It
could be that the software for the service is not going to work in this
environment, so this sounds like the RNIB need to look at this.
