I rang the RNIB as regards the times for Sight Village.
However one thing I forgot to ask is whether Sight Village has to be booked
meaning do people need to call before they turn up or not?
I ask because I would be coming from Huddersfield in West Yorkshire and my
sister might be bringing me to the event if she can get time off work.
I have talked about going to Sight Village since attending RNC and that was
from 1995 to 1997 but I haven't been able to go due to:
1 the distance from Huddersfield to Birmingham.
2 trying to arrange to go with a group and finding either nobody else wishes
to go, people changing their own plans for attending and sometimes other
Blind organisations in my area planning their own trip down but not
informing other Blind people if they wanted to attend which happened last
year when a Blind organisation in or around my area did attend but neglected
to ask any other interested individuals or groups if they would wish to
attend.

As I recall from In Touch, no you do not have to book. I'm sure you know its
at a new venue this year. The only thing they say is that if you need a
guide, you best be early!
I'ts not my scene, I did too much traipsing around exhibitions in previous
lives..

I managed to find the information I asked about on this group.
I read the Sight Village page but had to enter on Sight Village Birmingham

You just turn up, Michael. No need to book in advance as its free
entry.
