By which I mean are there cards, dongles etc to allow reception of off air
digital tv around that one can actually use with a screenreader. One of the
missing functions on most of the stand alone talking solutions,
TVonics/rnib, Smart talk or Panasonic TVs is that Teletext is not available.
This is odd as there were teletext readers for good old analogue. I suspect
that the format is now very much more complex from the reading order
standpoint, and as with pdf files its hard to know what is where unless
there is some tagging system used.
anyone got any ideas, insights etc?
