Butts was caught pirating MVP's code/apps without their permission and
when asked to remove them from his porn containing website he refused.
After repeated infractions they classified his website as a pirate
website and blocked it using the host file.
Several other companies/authors found his site contained their downloads
against the mirror/hosting agreement for their products and posted that
he MUST remove them - he laughed in their faces and dared them to try
and remove them.
The companies with money were able to get him to remove them, the ones
from little guys were not able to get them removed.
Search for PCBUTTS1 EXPOSED TO KIDS in google and see for yourself what
else (PORN/FILTH) is on his website - be warned, it's some nasty filth.

reason. There are no unauthorized downloads on my site. I have never had to
remove anything from my site. I was and still am an authorized mirror for
over 20 products including Spybot and Adaware. My site has never been
shutdown for anything. I beat 4 DMCA complaints files by trolls. Leythos the
stalker is a troll. he is obsessed with me because of his failed attempts at
shutting me down. David lipman had his site shutdown immediately when a DCMA
complaint was filed against him. He is the thief. Most MVP's are arrogant
big headed assholes. I confronted them and their arrogance got the best of
them, they lost got fed up and have hated me every since. This started 4
years ago. Their stupidity did not realize that I am an MVP. Believe it or
not pcbutts1 is not my real name. I was able to prove everything which why
my site is still up. Those SOB's got so upset and vindictive they actually
called my job at tried to get the person who they think I am fired. It did
not work. Did you notice the only ones who replied to you are the trolls in
my sig. Take me out of your host file and see for yourself. Every link on my
website that is not computer or business related is in direct retaliation
addressed directly to the trolls of this newsgroup. When I made them I
purposely wanted to make them as gross and as nasty as possible, see for
yourself.

the ISP pulls the whole website not just the offending link. All US based
ISP's do this despite what the lying troll Leythos has to say about mine.
After the complaint is filed then the person filing the complaint has 14
days to submit the court papers to the ISP verifying the validity of their
complaint.Failure to do so then ISP will turn the site back on. In my case I
served my ISP with certified copied of every software that I distribute on
my website along contracts name, address, and phone numbers of things that
are not mine. This was done last year way before any DMCA complaint. They
requested because of trolls David Lipman in particular, who constantly filed
complaints on a regular basis. Both DMCA complaints filed were for the same
file but by two different people claiming to be the owner,the same file they
already had proof that it was mine. Their legal dept confirmed it was
fraudulent, decided to not touch my site and wait the 14 days. After 14 days
and nothing happened they closed the case. The dumbas trolls burned their
own britches in their obsession with me.
The only public link I will post on the other lawsuits was by some dumb
broad who thought I was somebody else so she tried to sue him and lost. That
should be proof enough that I am not Chris Butts but it hurts the trolls

Not true, the site owner is permitted to respond and the site stays on
line at the hosting companies discretion until the process is completed.
If the case never goes to court then the site owner and hosting company
have nothing to do.
The actual problem is finding an attorney willing to take the case for a
reasonable prices, why is not cheap. I've been told that most want
$10,000 just to start a case like this, from the people who's media you
violated. Most of them are small shops/vendors and don't have $10,000
available to go after you. If it was free you would have been taken down
years ago.

Not true, the offensive material can be pulled voluntarily by the site
owner, and failing that, the site goes down via the hosting provider.
Your given a certain amount of time to comply before it resorts to that.
You complied with the DMCA request I sent and removed my picture from
your site, as you were legally bound to do so. I was hoping you'd

funny as possible. They were also meant to piss off the trolls who are
identified on the page. Now they can post all they want that they are not
pissed but then they are the only ones complaining and filing complaints
about it. Trolls don't like losing, they lost with me so all they have left
to do is bitch and cry and complain like little babies.

letters disclaiming any relationship with you.
