Facebook virus ?

Was browsing an acquaintance's Facebook page a few days ago - let's
assume his name is Michael Jones.

Today I discovered a file in my downloads called:

microsoft_michael_install_jones.zip, which contains an exe of the same
name.

Avast says it is win32:malware.gen. Anyone come across this before?

Seriously though, the malware name given doesn't help much. Did you
click on any links on his facebook page?

Interesting - 11 of the 22 scans reported a problem. Most prolific
was 'symmi.3505 '
