Dilbert is visited by the computer police in this 2000 cartoon. The
cop informs him that "We have guidelines!" when he tries to adjust his
computer's angle. In the last frame, another employee is floating in a
water-filled cubicle while Dilbert proclaims that "You'd be surprised
at what isn't allowed". The copy of the cartoon here at the link below
shows Wally in the last frame. But I seem to remember the pointy-
haired boss as the one who was there. And the cartoon doesn't look
quite right. Has it been redrawn (for copyright reasons)?
