I am trying to find the Dilbert cartoon in which Alice is nominated to
be the person responsible for solving every problem that arises at the
staff meeting. Finally she flips out and deliriously cries out: "I'm
free; I was worried about the uncertainty of success and now failure
is assured!"

Does anyone recall such a Dilbert, maybe from a few years ago?

Thanks, Jerry
