JUDGE DREDD - The Daily Star Newspaper Strips . . . The Original Art

Beginning August 1981, Daily Star readers (along with the millions of foreign
readers who read the series in syndicated newspapers around the World) were
introduced to the World of Judge Dredd and Mega City One. Acclaim was heaped
on the Strip, and in 1984 the Cartoonist’s Club of Great Britain voted it
“Comic Adventure Strip Cartoon of the Year.”

The series finally ended in 1986, when original ideas for the series became
harder to find. It was replaced with an easier-to-write daily strip, which
featured a single story spread over a long period. This spin-off runs to
this day.

For Dredd fans, and particularly Original Art Collectors, the Strips form one
of the most desirable of collectables . . . unlike the single comic pages,
each tells a complete story from start to finish.

Often hilarious, occasionally thought provoking, AAAGH! has for sale many of
