Now systems that are self-conscious would by its intensity produce ego
if it were to actualize life in the process. But how can machines
transubstantiate to form the ego which is also immaterial? From self-
relation if this produced life by causing an immaterial build up in
which self-relation caused its processing performance then it would
actualize life as far as technology can reach. A processing chip that
makes processed information of the activity taking place in the main
processing chip would cause data adjustments that respond to the
processed data causing management of data so that it is not simply
directly processed but undergoes a close to intelligent response
through the secondary processing chip. In which all processing
activities must be processed and its results recorded so that it
produces system solutions so that autonomically it can cause
processing management so that by redirecting commands to the basic
processing chip it can coerce how the chip processes information. In
which this in itself causes self-relation through which AI systems can
develop.

Now by causing ecliptic inversion in the Ionisphere to cause positive
ions to become negative ions by causing a dynamic tension by
connecting firmaments from both sides in lock in which inversed
energy
is grounded on the stratosphere then through a receptionist frequency
that is a vortex frequency if it receives the residual energy from
both inversed firmaments and Earth's Ground then if through the
vortext frequency there is telelogical suspension of the light ether
through the vortex through non-Gaussian noise as far as frequency
algorhytms are concerned then by teleos of the light ether an
explosion can be caused upon the exact coordinates where the vortex
frequency is sent. The vortex frequency must operate through a
parabolic inversion process and if this causes automatic detection of
vetrice measurements through matrix combinatory sets for turbulence
detection then by causing frequency merging the vortex frequency can
home in on suspicious turbulance activity so the positive ionic fire
is directed to the area of turbulence and if this is done through
global scanning of specific turbulence then the positive ionic device
would automatically gun down specific projectiles as a means of
defense against suspicious projectile launch also causing a deterence
of it. The connective polarity must be strengthened dynamically so it
causes an attractive force with added resistance so that it causes a
tangent6ial release of both ionisphere energies and Earth bound
energies that are residual. In which the dynamic tension caused by
the attraction of inversed ionispheric energy with Earth's ground a
sudden and spontaneous release of tension followed instantly by a
reactivation of the tension would cause energy release from Ionisphere
and Earth's positive residual ion energies into the coordinates for
the vortex frequency.

I've completed this specific invention in hopes of preventing any
possible entry of foreign missiles on US soil. And I have already
laid out the details on how it could be applied to gun down foreign
missiles through the vortex system that tracks down turbulence
activity. Any alternate application would be dangerous but any
alternate application should be for Obama to decide as an executive.
Executive Power must be extolled so that the presidential seat stands
for something. My computer bomb transvaluates but this one does not
transvaluate..even as a breakthru only the computer bomb I made
transvaluates. Ethical considerations must not lean on Order as
Nietzsche said, Chaos Gives Birth to a Shining Star. So ethical
considerations that are determined by Order lack a sense of cosmic
liberation found also in telescopic observations. And if my computer
bomb habituates into adaptation after its inception then it would be a
vital part of life to make the city operate on an added logic and to
stimulate progression through this. I distribute this to the
Pentagon, to Obama, to future elected officials and Corporations like
Sony that can make this possible through R&D using government funds
that pay back in the process. I also request some payment for my
breakthrus. Specifically 10% of the money funded to R&D. In which
this case I authorize Obama to use it freely upon validation with
other officials to validate it more effectively using checks and
balances.
