Interesting point, Boze. The Kennedy thing is usually all over the
place this time of year. But it's a weird year. Things are falling
apart. Kennedy has to take a back seat to more pressing issues. But
he'll probably be back. It's like putting too many holidays too close
together on the calender. They begin to compete with each other.
Right now it's Thanksgiving. Since so many people have so much to be
thankful for now more than ever they have put JFK on the back burner
as they turn to the heavens and spray thanks into the air.

Coast to Coast did 4 hours on the Kennedy assassination. I was a bit
surprised to hear that Oswald's "paraffin" test did not find gun
powder residue.
Stranger yet, recent tests revealed that the "single bullet" not only
went through Kennedy and Governor Connally but ricocheted off the
pavement and lodged in the head of a then young Texas school boy,
George W. Bush, who was sitting on the grass in Dealey Plaza looking
for 4 leaf clovers. This was only later discovered in a July 2009 X-
ray taken during a routine physical.
Oh how that one bullet changed so much history.
I miss the single bullshit theory.
He died at 46. As many years have elapsed as the length
of his life.
November 22 filled the void between December 7 and
September 11. I was born a couple of weeks before
Roosevelt's death but have never committed the
date of his death to memory even though when I
was a kid, adults around me all knew the date.
However, what does seem ironic is that Roosevelt
and Hitler died within weeks of each other.
Hmm. I looked the dates up. Roosevelt died on
April 12, 1945, and Hitler on April 30, a Jewish
holiday. (It became one that year.) FDR
was 62, a constant smoker, under-exerciser
and overworker. Hitler was 56.
You still on that Kennedy thing? Give it a rest, they guy is dead for
crying out loud.

And HEY!!
Let's be careful out there.

By the time you can make ends meet, they move the ends.
Amazing Roosevelt was only 62, he looked like a hundred, a bad
hundred.
I saw a movie where Hitler thought Roosevelts death was an omen that
he would win the war.
Ronn had Spector on once and got him to explain that magic bullet. He
went on briefly, but it was a WTF moment when you tried to make sense
out of the explanation.
There is stuff in the archives that were supposed to be unsealed, but
somehow that never happens. Hey, at least they didn't try to use
weather balloons in the explanation.
Thats my sisters age. She was born in November 16th 1963. Actually
she's 46 years an 10 days old. Can't believe that!

I don't care about Kennedy or how or why he died. All I know is, I
don't want to see him coming down the street. Him and Oswald and Ruby
and MLK and a host of others who died within only a few years of each
other marching deadlocked down the street, hungry and urgent, coming
back to teach the living a lesson. But before that happens, Lincoln
and his crew must appear to make a statement. I think Kennedy could
have taken Abe in a debate, maybe - but I think Abe would have whooped
John in a good old fashioned wrestling match. I'm sorry, but to tell
you the truth, I had no biz hopping into this thread. I was bored. I
hate politics. I don't care about Kennedy or Hitler or those other
guys you mentioned. Everything written about them is after the fact
and full of shit. I don't care why Kennedy died. I only know I don't
want to see his rotting corpse lurching down the street.

That one always made me laugh - "Leave him alone, the guy's dead
for christ's sake." Ok, so the guy's dead, then what's the big deal?
Why the big need to come to the aid of the dead all the time? Or the
other side of it - "Hey man, he's only been dead two weeks, give it
some time for fuck's sake." So it's the living making rules for the
dead. How do we know the dead don't enjoy being pissed on or talked
about negatively? Maybe it's what they wanted when they were alive.
And now it's happening when they're dead and unable to enjoy it to
it's most vibrant limit.

Trying to find the reason and those responsible for Kennedy's
killing has long bedeviled me. If we can only find out who backed,
why it happened, and the names of all who were involved, by God maybe
we can turn this thing around. If we could only find out why and how
Kennedy was killed, I believe at that time we will be on our way to
making the world a better place for all mankind, just as John and
Bobby wanted.
Tommy Joe (I thought I saw them coming over the hill with Abraham,
Martin, and whats-his-face)
Not the dead in general. Just this one in particular. Ever since he's
dead they started this whole conspiracy crap. 'He did it alone', 'there
had to be two gunmen', 'it's an inside job'. It goes on until this very
day, up to the point that you kinda wish that he wasn't shot.
Other than that, go piss any dead person you.

The dead annoy me. They smell really bad.
I agree, but I really would like to see that corpse marching down the
street. In fact, I'd pay to see that. Not a lot though.

I'd like to see it as a parade of the famous political dead
starting with Abe Lincoln in full top hat and beard leading the way.
At first all you see is Abe strutting down the street. In the
background you can hear a faint tune starting up. Then JFK comes in
from the side, strutting in time to the music which is getting louder
and more cheerful. Then the right honorable reverend doctor martin
luther king jr comes in from the other side carrying a big bass drum
and dancing and playing at the same time. Then Bobby comes in dipping
and swaying to the music. Then more and more famous killed people
appear in the growing parade as the music swells and the living are
inspired to jump into it themselves till at last the living and dead
are united as one in music, sight, and stench.
