OT: Please help identify this "East Side Kids" film...

At least I THINK it's the east side kids, and not the bowry boys..

Anyway, the film has a scene where the boys are either in a police
station or reform school - I'm not sure exactly what it was, but there
was an authority figure pushing them along, and when he pushed Muggs
along, He (muggs) turns around a little and puts his hand up and says
with a mix of disgust and defiance "Awwwright, AWWWRIGHT..."!!!!
(alright, alright).

Damn, I can't remember exactly what film this was, anyone have a clue?

Could be any one of them; Gorcey used that line through the 1950s. In
the context you mentioned, I'd guess it's MR. MUGGS STEPS OUT, where
he's being brought before judge Noah Beery.
