the IEEE Junk conferences and the IEEE gibberish events are a COMMON
SECRET
But i did not have the proofs in my hand. Now more than 20 junk IEEE
conference proceedings of IEEE have been published and have included
BOGUS PAPERS. i.e. papers with random text. The IEEE did not re-print
them. Why??
Imagine how many HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of junk, low-level and low-
quality papers have been accepted
in IEEE without quality control, without any kind of elementary
review.
Many Proofs and many blogs exist. First of all Nagib Callaos affair
(conferences with the official
approval and support of IEEE). It is a shame why all the bloggers of
2005 fighted Nagib Callaos
forgetting to fight the franchising systems of IEEE that supported
Callaos and many other crappy (clown) conferences
that have the stamp of IEEE!
Now after the fake papers that numerous junk IEEE, garbage IEEE
Sponsored events accepted in February of 2008, December 2008,
January 2009

They published the letter of acceptances, the Conference Program and

links to the IEEE data base that contains the fake papers until now.
No quality control at all in Junk IEEE.
You can publish whatever garbage idea that you can imagine or just as
joke.
The IEEE gives its name and thousand of people organize IEEE
Conferences every year
all over the world in a complete franchising scheme,
but the franchisees are very very bad the IEEE name is now very very
bad
No review. They just sell the (nevertheless gibberish ) IEEE name and
the IEEE Publications.
SO, INFORM YOUR COLLEAGUES AND YOUR DEPARTMENTS. THE IEEE CONFERENCES
AND JOURNALS
ARE NOW IN THE WORST LEVEL THAN EVER! DO NOT COUNT THE IEEE

In some of these conferences, some people send an abstract (more or

Unfortunately for him, for IARIA and for IEEE, this "paper" with the

Also, the IEEE continues selling its name and logo to the companies

We know also that these fake papers of IEEE is the reason that the
Universities in India do not count in our CV the IEEE publications as
important publications as in the past. Many fake IEEE conferences and
many bogus IEEE proceedings! and the worst is that the central
administration of the IEEE consider the IARIA, HIGHSCI, Nagib Callaos'
Junk Conferences as customers from where the IEEE receives billion
dollars from royalties (the bogus name of IARIA HIGHSCI, Nagib
Callaos, etc... implies also bogus name for IEEE).
In my department, I know 3 faculty members that they will not renew
their membership to IEEE, because in their opinion IEEE is now a good
business only.

Prof. of Automatic Control in the Universite Catholique de Louvain,
