Subject: Cancel To Order stamps, where do they fit in???
Where exactly do CTO's fit into a general collection and do they have
any value except to "Thematic" collectors or to a specific county
collector who has to have every stamp of that country. I personally
don't like them. So ok, there is no one to force me to mount the
stamp.

I actually have a lot of CTO's that I have acquired over the years. So
if I wanted to put them into an album, what effect does a a hinge mark
have on any value. I hate to put a hinge on those with undisturbed
gum, however a Showgrade Mount will cost way more than what the stamp
is worth. So what do I do with them.

And finally, what is a CTO with undisturbed gum? Mint, Unused, Used or
just plain CTO.

Please cc any replies to ns5z at arrl dot net

Thanks

John
