Hi,

I just picked up a nice Bubbler off of craigslist. The story goes that
this box was supposedly in a Long Johns Silver restaurant on Route 17
in NJ for 2 years before it went out of business and was then put into a
storage unit along with all the rest of the restaurants equipment. I
bought this jukebox from the guy that bought all the Fryers and Ovens
from the Storage unit for his new restaurant in Jersey City NJ. To make
a long story short, the jukebox lights up, the bubblers all worked, it
had only a few minor scratches and there were no keys It also had a
mech error m04 probably due to the fact that the CD player was
unplugged and was seen laying upside down to the left of the mech next
to many loose CDs, several of them broken, all displaced thru-out the
entire inside of the machine.

I downloaded the manual from
http://www.rock-ola.com/Documents/Master_60761-02_2009.pdf
And printed it Drilled out the lock, put the good CDs back in the
magazine, found the 4 CDPro springs stuck to the speaker magnets, put
them where they belonged, plugged in the CD player and unfortunately It
still had the mech error, probably from bouncing around inside the box
during a past move. So I replaced the CD player with one from my
Antique Apparatus Gazelle and everything seemed to work as expected!

So now I need another CDPro, I will probably get a rebuilt one from
Bruce Wentworth A&B Jukebox in NH.

Here is where my problem comes into play, It must have been set up to
play continuously because it randomly played CDs for more than 3 hours
so I turned it off, waited a few minutes, held the 3 buttons down
(Resume, Diag, Setup) and turned it back on and reset everything back to
factory settings.

My problem now is I have access to Level 1 using password 0000 But I
cannot get into Level 2 to get into the Auto Play, Free Play and Pricing
settings and I cannot get into Level 3 for the accounting information.

I can live with it on Free Play the way it is, but Id really like to
hear an entire CD play, But when I go into Level 1 and setup Play
Options, Album Select equal to One or Two, Albums are still not allowed
to play I think I need to go into Level 2 Free Play to turn Free Albums
on

So, Does anyone know how to reset the passwords for level 2 and level 3
for a 2004 Yellow Component Rock-Ola CD8C A&W?

Does anyone have any interesting information thay can tell me about this
A&W Bubbler, One cool thing that I noticed is that It scrolls the
following message Have You Had Your RootBeer Float Today?

I just learned that all restaurant version (A&W) software for rockola
bubbler's use a main password of 2335.

Both the orange & the yellow components alike ALL use this same password
of 2335.
