Is it OK to run a 6SK7 tube in place of a 6SJ7 in a Wurlitzer 1100
amplifier. The spec. looks fairly similar and it seems to sound just
like it did with the original 6SJ7 tube (before it developed an
intermittent fault) or could it cause problems further down the line
with prolonged use. Many thanks for any replies.
