I promised better videos of shots in action some time ago to a few
fellow alties, but only finally got around to doing it and putting
them online.

Notes on the two videos (you will need the Quicktime plugin to see
them, from apple.com):

Vid 1: 160x120 size 3.5mb, set for streaming, shows 57 seconds of a
pull. The vid starts as soon as the switch is flipped, continues past
the cut off (25 seconds), and shows the settling of the crema on the
shots.

Vid 2: 320x240, 1.6mb, 15 seconds. Shows the ending of a shot in a
nice big size, really highlights what I call "the Guinness Effect" of
the crema in the shot glasses. If you didn't know what I was talking
about when referring to the Guinness effect, check this one out.

Both shots were made with my newest, favoritist blend, 50% Espresso
Monkey, 50% Moka Kadir blend, both from www.sweetmarias.com (no
robusta was sacrificed for these shots, though I do like 10% Kaapi
from time to time).
