Alterations to the PDC Tape TWENTY Formative State of Scientology,
Definition of Logic 6 Dec 1952

18 April 01

This is a comparison of two different versions of The Philadelphia Doctorate
Course Tapes, 1986 and 1991 versions, comparing the tapes to the
transcripts, and vice versa, in order to find out what has been altered in
the '91 tapes by
RTC/CST. (CST is actually L.Ron Hubbard Library-that's their DBA)

Although alterations to this tape were posted in a seperate post quite
awhile ago, I am posting them again in this current side by side format.

As Follows:

In the 1986 version, para starting "Therefore we really do have the remedy
before the assault weapon is produced...."

Deleted in 91 version:

"Did you ever read poor old George Orwell's 1984? Yes,yes, that's wonderful.
That would be--------could be the palest imagined shadow of what a
world would be like under the rule of the secret use of Scientology
with no remedy in existence."

In the 1986 version para starting "It's a very simple remedy..."

Deleted in 91 version:

"..........and if you ever do use any Black Dianetics, use it on the guy who
pulled
Scientology out of sight and made it so it wasn't available. Because
he's the boy who would be electing himself "The New Order." And we
don't need any more new orders. All those orders, as far as I am
concerned, have been filled."

I'd prefer to die speaking my mind than live fearing to speak.
The only thing that always works in scientology are its lawyers
The internet is the liberty tree of the 90's

The Washington Post's - 'Reliable Source' column re "Scientologist with no HEAD"

Ooooooh! That must have hit way too close to home for the church's
comfort! Their hiding those lines from their public tells you a lot
about the church officials' mindset.

Thanks for posting.

This is one of those perfect examples of "what you resist, you get." That
is to say, by deleting this politically incorrect comment, in order perhaps
to not frighten anybody with Scientology's potential - nor put ammunition
into the hands of critics - they have in effect HIGHLIGHTED the damn thing.

And what the hell were they thinking? Is it possible, as Robert suggests,
that they have mutual out-ruds?

I mean to say, it is not as though there is anything wrong with the
sentiment! Can you imagine taking TV Repair classes - where all the
references to the potential dangers of electricity had been deleted from the
textbooks?

But more importantly, this particular omission, this particular deletion of
Ron's wise words, also highlights the CofS's MAJOR OVERT OF FAILING TO
WIDELY DISSEMINATE THE TECH.

Only that is the remedy to "secret uses" of Scientology.

The CofS should have a website with every damn word Ron ever wrote or spoke
on the subject of Scientology - easily downloadable. Okay, they may
withhold the data they consider confidential, if they must. But that still
leaves about 99 percent of the data available for dissemination.

Les.
