Yes it does keep weight down. Smoking burns up about 200 extra calories a day, which is scientifically proven. Most people gain 20 pounds or so when they quit smoking and find it very hard to take off.

It didn't happen to me. I did not gain weight by stopping smoking. I lost weight after I stopped.

I don't know if you where in his apartment but if he doesn't smoke, this speaks for him. It's a nasty stinky p$ych habit.
About getting fat due to mindcontrol, yes, they also target me but as I am aware how they work, I have an advantage and don't get up in the middle of the night and eat cheesecake to do them the favor of getting fat.
Oprah once said that she thinks that there is more to gaining weight than just lack of willpower. She is right. There is more to it, and this is air pumped into stomach causing a hungry feeling despite the person just ate and silent sounds, making the person eat and unable to stick to her diet.
It's mean, really mean.
So, why does that medical conspiracy that rules the world want fat people? Because fat people are getting sick sooner.
