I'm afraid I disagree. Resurfacing is a legitimately published book
(available to the general public). Too bad its rank on Amazon is way
down at #291,166. In fact, they're out of stock right now, so I guess
they order a couple of copies from Star's Edge after they run out.
(That's a problem with self-publishing.) When it is in stock, it's
only $10.20 new, and there are 48 used and new copies listed from
other sellers, starting at only $0.04 plus $3.99 shipping!
I mean, nobody's charging $2,000 just to read it without even getting
their own copy -- or $5,000 (including the Master course) if you want
a copy. Or $7,500 to get a copy of Wizards. I'd say that is a good
reason to have those materials online. Might be interesting to add the
Integrity course though, so people could get a preview of the guilt
trip involved.
Aside: at the end of the used/new list on Amazon is this collectible
copy. I wonder how much Hari originally charged for this signed,
spacial binding version.

Anyway, I think most or all of the Resurfacing exercises have already
been published in the archived Avatar Journals or are available online
as mini courses. Maybe a few philosophical maunderings were omitted,
but it would be better off without those anyway.
